Sungjun Yu is an innovation designer exploring the balance between human development and technology.
He is creating sound based interactive products and systems that develop human senses and perception.

Based in London and originally from Seoul, he holds a Master’s degree in Design Products from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Art Education from Hanyang University, along with a teacher’s certificate.

With experience as an art and design teacher and musician, Sungjun’s diverse background has shaped his interest in human senses and perception, human development, how individuals perceive the world (both in physical and digital spaces through interfaces), interaction through human senses (particularly in sound and haptic experiences), education, psychophysics, and neuroplasticity.
